Frozenbyte have lifted the lid on their latest project, a brand new rogue-like game by the name of Has-Been Heroes for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in March.

Has-Been Heroes follows the titular Has-Been Heroes, a group of legendary champions who were once celebrated across the land for their heroic deeds but are now somewhat past their prime. You join the group as Rogue, a young up and comer that is obsessed with the Has-Been Heroes, as they take on their most dangerous mission yet – taking the princesses to school.

While on your epic quest you will need to manage and combine your spells and skills, adjusting them to the environment you’re in, and manage three separate lanes of combat in a battle system that be paused or sped up to meet your personal preference. As with all rogue-likes, death is permanent, so manage yourself and your party wisely!
