Along with all of the fantastic games revealed and shown off during today’s Ubisoft Forward, there was one other promise as part of the show: A free copy of Watch Dogs 2 for everybody that claimed it between the half hour before the show started and the half hour after the show and extended demos ended. Of course, as with all offers of free stuff, people were so super keen to get their free game that they managed to crash Uplay’s log in systems, preventing anybody from getting in to claim the game.

Shortly after the show, Ubisoft confirmed that they would make the game available for a longer time, so that anybody who missed out could still get it. That system has now gone live, allowing you to register your interest in obtaining your free copy of Watch Dogs 2.

To claim your free copy of Watch Dogs 2 head over to this page on the official Ubisoft site, log in with your Uplay details, and the game will be added to your account in the near future, along with some other DLC goodies for games like The Crew 2.
