Here’s A Look At NBA 2K21 Gameplay On Current Gen Hardware

August 9, 2020

While we always knew that NAB 2K21 was coming to current gen hardware, our initial look at the game came in the form of a short teaser at June’s PS5 Games Showcase. It certainly looked pretty fantastic there, but with the game releasing some months before next gen hardware comes out, the first taste people will have of the game will be when it drops on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Now, we’ve gotten our first true glimpse of NBA 2K21 gameplay running on current gen hardware.

Once again, Visual Concept looks to be putting another visually fantastic game, with the NBA 2K21 gameplay looking not short of fantastic in the trailer. There’s plenty of different players and locations featured in the trailer, giving us a good look at how a number of high profile players have transitioned to the game. The trailer doesn’t really tell us anything beyond the fact that the game looks good, but with just under a month still to go, 2K has confirmed this is just our first look of many to comes. Over the coming weeks we’ll get more info on gameplay, MyTEAM, MyCAREER and more as we get closer and closer to launch.

NBA 2K21 releases for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 4th. For more information, check out the official website.
