Announced back in May and shown off again last week, The Medium looks like an absolutely fantastic game. Announced as a console launch (read: timed) exclusive for the Xbox Series X, the game is also coming to PC at launch. While we didn’t have many details previously on the PC version, The Medium now has a Steam Page which includes the PC system requirements for the game.

As you can see from the above, The Medium really is going to require something special from your PC build to run well going by these pc system requirements. Full HD alone will require a 1660Ti or Vega 56 for recommended specs, while the CPU comes in at a hefty Ryzen 7 3700X or i5-9600. You’re not going to get away with playing The Medium with old hardware. This also likely gives us a view at what we can begin expecting from other next-generation games from launch onwards, so maybe start looking at upgrading your rigs soon!
