343 Industries’ $329.95 Limited Collector’s Edition for Halo 5: Guardians was previously revealed to include digital copy of Halo 5: Guardians instead of a physical disc. This is a puzzling choice, but given the fact the Limited Collector’s Edition will be released 1 week prior to the standard launch, it seemed an understandable one.

Fans spoke up, vocally stating that they would prefer a physical disc and 343 Industries has now announced that purchasers of the Limited Collector’s Edition will have the option to swap their digital code for a physical disc version.

Currently 343 Industries has not stated how fans will be able make the change, but advised that further details will be released closer to the release of Halo 5: Guardians on October 27.
