Halfbrick announce Augmented Reality thriller, Shadows Remain

Halfbrick Studios, the superstar Australian developers behind smash-hits Jetpack Joyride and Fruit Ninja, have today unveiled their latest project – Shadows Remain.

The game is intended to blur the line between mobile gaming and the real world, using iOS 11’s AR kit to create an innovative take on the Hidden Object genre. Using your phone’s sensors, players will physically interact with beautifully-rendered 3D environments inside the game, with perspective-based puzzles and deceptive illusions. It’s also story-focused, with a plot that crosses several distinct time periods as you’re challenged to track down your missing son.

Players can also sign up to be notified of the game’s release at shadowsremain.com.

The first episode will be released on Friday 13 October, 2017 worldwide, coming to iOS first. Check out the game’s teaser below!
