Ghost Recon Breakpoint Next-Gen Update Changes The Game

With all the other big news in gaming this month, sometimes updates to older games can slip under your radar, and that’s why today we’re reporting that the Ghost Recon Breakpoint next-gen update is almost here, and it could be one of the biggest changes.

Ubisoft has today reported in a blog post that Ghost Recon Breakpoint next-gen will run at native 4k30fps on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 4, and 1440p on the Xbox Series S. There will also be a performance mode where the game runs at 60 frames per second in 1080p.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint launched in October 2019, and we gave it 3.5 stars at the time saying, “Breakpoint will be a much better game in the coming months and with seasons of content already in the works, we’ll be keeping an eye on how this game evolves.

Also revealed was that all progression from your previous generation campaign will carry over to the next-gen including all purchases and inventory items.
