Gears of War Blowout E3 2015 – Microsoft Conference Recap

Microsoft and The Coalition have officially revealed two new Gears of War projects during their E3 conference today.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is a remake of the first Gears of War. It will include remade visuals, brand new content, and 60fps in the multiplayer. It will be available on August 25th, with a 1 week public beta going live today.

Gears 4 is the long awaited continuation of the much-loved Gears of War franchise and was showcased with a gameplay reveal trailer. With a tense atmosphere and the general darkness in the trailer, Gears 4 almost looked like a survival horror game.

Gears 4 will be available in the Holiday period of 2016.
