Square-Enix have just announced that Final Fantasy VII is now available for purchase and download on Android devices. Previously, the mobile version of Final Fantasy VII had only been available on iOS devices. Of course it was expected that Square-Enix would release Final Fantasy VII on iOS, but it wasn’t guaranteed as some previous Square-Enix titles have skipped Android completely.

For those who have seen the iOS version of Final Fantasy VII before, the mobile edition includes some improvements to the original game, including being able to turn off enemy encounters and is an easy way to raise some chocobos while on the go!
