It was only in the last 2 weeks that Ubisoft announced their release slate for 2017 during their financial earnings release, including the surprise announce of Far Cry 5. While details weren’t revealed, it was confirmed that we would begin to hear new information about the game soon and Ubisoft have begun by releasing some environment teaser trailers via the official PlayStation Youtube channel. The trailers show off some of the environments you can expect to see in the game, with some absolutely lush fields and forests to be found. The trailers also confirm that the game will take place in Hope County, Montana.

These teaser trailers also confirm that a full reveal will occur on May 26th (likely to be May 27th for us in Australia and New Zealand), a full two weeks before E3 2017!
