The first item on EA’s agenda for their EA Play event this year was the much anticipated Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, the latest game from Respawn Entertainment. It’s a single-player action adventure jaunt through the time period between Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, and features familiar characters such as Saw Gerrera and a droid type similar to the laconic K2-SO. As a young padawan on the run, Cal Kestis helps the Rebels in their fight against the Galactic Empire. The gameplay features a mix of platforming and combat, as Cal takes on stormtroopers with his lightsaber as well as his force powers, to push, pull and slow down time.
