E3 2018: Square-Enix announces ‘The Quiet Man’

A mysterious new game, The Quiet Man was announced at Square-Enix’s E3 Showcase, briefly showcased with a teaser that combined live action with CGI.

The teaser showed what is presumably the game’s main character approaching a group of thugs, in a live action segment where he seemed to indicate he was deaf his assailants. The trailer then seamlessly transitioned into CGI, as the game appeared to become a brawler, as the silent hero proceeded to beat the thugs senseless, as the words “SILENCE IS LOUDEST” flashed on-screen.

We don’t know anything else about the game at this stage, other than more information will be forthcoming in August, hopefully at Gamescom. The game is set for PS4 and Steam.
