A new original title from PlatinumGames was teased at Square-Enix’s E3 Showcase, called Babylon’s Fall.

The teaser video didn’t give away much, showing a fictional timeline with events such as a plague spreading, and humanity deciding to strike back against ‘Gaia’. A short action scene shows an armoured hero, who wouldn’t look out of place in Dark Souls, using energy tendrils to rip the sword off a giant enemy, and then using it to whip around and cleave it in twain. Pretty cool. The game is coming to PS4 and Steam.
