E3 2017: Return to the High Seas in Skull and Bones

June 13, 2017

Interested in Sea of Thieves but looking for something a little more realistic looking, with dedicated PVP modes and playable on Steam or PlayStation 4 as well as Xbox One? Well, Ubisoft’s newest IP announced during their E3 2017 press conference, Skull and Bones, is for you!

Skull and Bones is being developed by Ubisoft Singapore and is inspired by the naval combat from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, which was easily my favourite part of that game. Skull and Bones is an online naval game that takes place in a dynamic shared open-ocean where your next challenge can always be just around the corner. You will be able to create and customise your own captains, recruit a crew, build a ship and will be able to play with the brand new wind system that promises to dynamically alter how your ship handles and even how cannon balls travel through the air.

Skull and Bones is scheduled to release in the Australian Spring of 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, so check out the trailers below while you wait!
