June 10, 2017

Slightly Mad Studios and Bandai Namco Entertainment have announced that Project CARS 2 will see a worldwide release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 22, 2017. The follow up to the crowd funded Project CARS will be playable at Bandai Namco Entertainment’s E3 Booth, showing the game’s multi-class action and improved handling and gamepad controls.

Project CARS 2 introduces multi-class races to the franchise, allowing for races to include cars from multiple different performance classes on track at the same time, emulating elite endurance races from around the world. The E3 trailer also shows Slightly Mad Studios’sandbox approach to Project CARS 2 campaign mode, allowing players to begin their careers in grass roots racing and karts, before working their way through to the upper echelons of racing.

Project CARS 2 will release on September 22 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but stay tuned to Rocket Chainsaw throughout E3 2017 for any new news that appears!
