E3 2017: Metroid Prime 4 in development for Nintendo Switch

During Nintendo’s online E3 presentation, the company made the surprise announcement that Metroid Prime 4 is in development for Nintendo Switch.

No more information was revealed, apart from a short teaser video which we have embedded below. It’s unconfirmed at the time of writing if Retro Studios, the developer of the first three Metroid Prime games, is working on the title.
