Destiny 2 Gameplay Premiere Coming Next Week

May 8, 2017

Set your clocks to the 18th of May for the official Destiny 2 Gameplay Premiere next week, as Bungie plans to show off what they’ve been working on for the past few years.

In the Destiny 2 gameplay premiere coming May 18th, we expect to see breathtaking graphics and a more expansive and exploitative world than its predecessor, new characters, as well as a teased new Cabal force which includes a variety of aliens such as huge soldiers and rabid dog-like beasts seen below in this tiny screenshot Bungie has lent us:

Bungie has also revealed that if you pre-order your copy of Destiny 2 nice and early, then you will secure a position in the beta to help test many of the game’s new features.

We revealed Destiny 2 in March this year with a brief teaser trailer, however we can’t wait to see some actual gameplay footage from the developers that created the Halo franchise, parting ways with Microsoft to work Destiny, their cross-platform shooter.

Head on over to the official Bungie blog post regarding this week’s Destiny 2 news for more information including weapon and armour artwork.

Although no official date has been announced, we expect Destiny 2 to be released in the holiday season of 2017 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
