Darksiders Remastered leaked

The kind folks at NeoGaf have found evidence that a remastered version of the original Darksiders is going to be released late this year.

Listings that appeared on GameFly, which have since been removed, indicated Darksiders Remastered would be coming to Xbox One, PS4 and Wii U at a budget price point. It’s rumoured the game will be accompanied by a new line of Darksiders merchandise. Despite several online websites reporting otherwise, publisher Nordic Games has yet to officially confirm the existence of the remaster.

Sequel Darksiders 2 received a remastered version, dubbed Deathinitive Edition, on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2015. The remaster featured higher-resolution graphics, a revamped lighting engine, all previously released DLC and adjustments to gameplay balance.
