The Crew 2 Release Date Revealed!

Ubisoft has today finally revealed the much anticipated The Crew 2 release date, and we can now confirm it will be launching worldwide on June 29, 2018.

The Crew 2 will expand on the first game which launched in 2014 by placing racers on water and in the air, with the ability to seamlessly switch between all three styles using a feature known as “Fast Fav”. Graphically, Ubisoft has also displayed some stunning updates for The Crew 2 which can be witnessed in the launch trailer released today.

The Crew 2 is about empowering you to explore America and dominate your rivals in a near limitless world built for motorsports. There are no menus or loading screens. Seamlessly shift from your favourite cars to boats or even planes with just a push of a button using the Fast Fav feature, and experience the full potential and thrill of Motornation. Cruise through LA in your dream hypercar, switch to the swiftest aerobatic plane to rise above the skyscrapers, and enjoy stunning perspectives over Hollywood. Then swap to a slick powerboat as you reach the coastline, landing smoothly on the Pacific Ocean – opportunities for fun and challenges are limitless.

Rocket Chainsaw went hands-on with The Crew 2 at E3 2017, and we suggested “it’s taking notes from titles like Forza Horizon and Burnout, placing the emphasis on fun, freedom and plenty of options, as well as being a very impressive and appealing visual package.

As stated, The Crew 2 will launch on June 29, 2018 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC platforms.
