Blizzard unveils Female Pandaren, more Mists of Pandaria information

March 19, 2012

With the lifting of the Mists of Pandaria press tour embargo, the internet is filling with more information than ever before on Blizzard’s latest World of Warcraft expansion. MMO Champion has the full rundown of all the information released during the press tour, which includes finally revealing what female Pandaren will look like.

The big news is that the final raid of the expansion is intended to be a siege on the Horde city of Orgrimmar, in which both the Alliance and the Horde work to bring down Garrosh Hellscream. This ties in to a much larger storyline that concerns the ongoing war between the two major factions of Azeroth.

The other storyline concerns the Pandaren themselves, as you help them rediscover their lost history on the continent of Pandaria, as well as work to weaken the other faction’s hold on the new lands.

Warcraft III players will get a kick to know that Chen Stormstout is back in Mists of Pandaria.

Aside from this, Blizzard has also unveiled much more information regarding the new Monk class, who work similar to Death Knights in terms of using one resource to build up another, then dumping that second resource while the first one recharges.

Most importantly, though, they unveiled the female Pandaren…
