What’s In Assassin’s Creed Origins Season Pass?

October 12, 2017

First we showed you what was in the collectors editions, and now we can reveal what’s in the Assassin’s Creed Origins Season Pass.

There will be four packs coming for Season Pass holders, two this year and two major expansions set for the beginning of 2018. Firstly the Roman Centurion Pack and Horus Pack will grant you outfits, mounts, shields and weapons and will be available in November, but the real Season Pass content is launching in January and March 2018 respectively.

The Hidden Ones takes place years after the events of Assassin’s Creed Origins in a new region occupied by a Roman force. Bayek and the new Assassins will clash with the Romans as the Brotherhood continues to grow, and players will have a new level cap.

The Curse of The Pharaohs focuses on Egyptian mythology, pitting players against undead pharaohs and famed Egyptian monsters. Bayek will need to explore a mystical new realm and discover the root of the curse that has brought these creatures to life. This expansion will also raise the level cap again and introduce new skills for Bayek.

Assassin’s Creed games have been known to produce some quality post-launch expansions in recent times, and we are excited to see how these expansions may head towards a possible sequel set in the same time period. Will Origins be a trilogy?

Recently it was revealed that another new mode will be added to Assassin’s Creed Origins at a later date called Discovery Tour, a non-combat mode where you can freely roam Ancient Egypt at your leisure and also be taken on guided tours by Egyptologists and historians.

Assassin’s Creed Origins launches on October 27 on Windows PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
