Assassin’s Creed Origins Animus Control Panel Coming to Windows

April 5, 2018

Ubisoft has been busy working on ways to extend the life of Assassin’s Creed Origins, and their latest attempt is a nice toolkit for Windows PC players called the Assassin’s Creed Origins Animus Control Panel.

The Animus Control Panel will allow players to fiddle with game parameters in Assassin’s Creed Origins in ways that the developer would most definitely not have intended on your first play-through of the game. A whopping 75 different parameters will allow you to change such things as how many animal companions you can have, speeds at which you move, dive, attack, damage, detection distance, and much more.

Check out what the Assassin’s Creed Origins Animus Control Panel will look like in this low-res screengrab:

The Animus Control Panel will be embedded into the Uplay Overlay, giving you the option to quickly change things on the fly. There will also be a dedicated forum allowing you to share your parameter suggestions to other players online, however the new control panel stops short of offering the ability to search for other people’s settings.

Ubisoft has stated the Assassin’s Creed Origins Animus Control Panel will be available to Windows PC players later this month, with more information to be made available closer to its launch.
