During today’s Nintendo Direct, Nintendo have officially announced that their brand new fighting IP ARMS will arrive on the Nintendo Switch in June. Along with the release date announcement, Nintendo also revealed a brand new fighter, Minmin, with ramen noodles for arms. Minmin is able to deflect incoming attacks with her legs, avoiding damaging her arms by blocking incoming attacks.

The battle also got bigger in ARMS with two on two fights revealed for the first time. While there wasn’t a large amount of footage shown for this mode, it was incredibly apparent that two on two fights will be incredibly hectic and busy as you attempt to dodge attacks and special abilities from two fighters at once.

ARMS will launch on June 16th, along with a brand new bright yellow set of Joy-Cons.
