Nintendo has confirmed today that Mario will be attending the MCG this week in a joint 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final Nintendo event.

The event, which kicks off on Wednesday and runs every day until the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final on Saturday gives you the opportunity to play all the latest Nintendo Switch games, get a photo of/with Mario, and enter a competition for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch as well as tickets to the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final.

The 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final Nintendo event will be located between gates 4 and 5 at the MCG in Melbourne, Victoria and is expected to get more busy towards the end of the week so if you want the chance to play some Switch titles and enter the competitions then you should head down there nice and early on Wednesday or Thursday.

This year’s AFL Grand Final sees red hot favourites Adelaide Crows taking on the underdog but home-team-by-a-mile Richmond Tigers in what promises to be a similar clash to what we saw last year when favourites Sydney Swans were bested by underdogs Western Bulldogs.

The Nintendo Switch launched in March 2017 and has been a huge success for Nintendo, so as we see more exposure at things like the AFL Grand Final Nintendo event, we can only expect it to be a very hot gift for this year’s Christmas.
