Xbox Live’s Major Nelson has announced the Games with Gold freebies for March 2016.

Xbox One owners will be able to download Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments. The game features six cases themed on murder, theft and disappearance, and are based on the original Sherlock Holmes novels by Sir Arthur Conan. Also available is Lords of the Fallen, an action RPG which has been compared to the Dark Souls franchise. Players take on the role of Harkyn, a convicted criminal who is tasked with stopping an invading force of demons – be prepared to die a lot!

On the Xbox 360 front, players can look forward to the strategy title Supreme Commander 2. The game is set after the events of the original and sees the coalition break up following the assassination of a newly elected president. For some co-op shooter fun, the ever popular Borderlands also makes its way onto the freebie list.
