During the Nintendo Switch presentation in Tokyo, Nintendo officially announced Splatoon 2 will be coming to the platform in Australia’s Winter season.

The game will feature new battle modes, weapons, gadgets and levels. Players will be able to compete online and locally by connecting multiple Switch devices.

Splatoon 2 will support the three Switch control methods – table, TV and handheld, as well as the Switch Pro controller. Motion controls via the joycon controllers will also be supported.
