Capcom has released a new “Lantern” trailer for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.

The trailer features a found-footage montage of a new female character. She is on the run from a mysterious woman holding a lantern. She is shown running across a bridge and entering a house, often hiding just inches away from the Lantern Lady. It’s an intense few minutes, and we advise to keep the lights on while watching (or at least have a change of underwear nearby).

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is slated for a January 24, 2017 release on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The PS4 version in particular will support VR. For more information you can check out our hands-on preview by clicking here.
