Project Setsuna Unveiled for PS4 and PS Vita

September 16, 2015

Much mystery surrounded Tokyo Game Factory when Square Enix announced they had opened the brand new RPG studio at E3 this year. With nothing known about their project, except that it was an RPG and had the working title Project Setsuna, nobody knew what to expect.

Some of that mystery has been removed with a debut trailer unveiled during Sony’s Tokyo Game Show keynote.

Project Setsuna is reminiscent of PlayStation and Super Nintendo-era RPGs, with an isometric view, a world map, turn based battle system and a stylised art-style.

Project Setsuna will be available in early 2016 on PlayStation 4 and Vita in Japan, with no Western release announced as of yet.
