The Pokemon company has announced Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon will be released in November this year.

Specifically, Australia, the United States and Japan will be getting both titles on November 18, while the UK and Europe will be getting them on November 23.

Also released was a new gameplay trailer featuring our first look at the starter Pokemon. Players will be able to choose from Rowlet, a grass/flying type; Litten, a fire type; and Popplio, a water type. Gameplay footage shows a distinctive tropical island vibe, but there will also be huge cities to explore. The legendary mascot of each version appear, though they’re currently unnamed.
