Over the last few days we have gone through our suggested PlayStation and Xbox games for 2016. Today we round up our console selections with Nintendo. While the Wii U has had a bit of quiet year there are still some neat exclusives which have found their way to the system, and the Nintendo 3DS has had a solid showing as well.
Normally you need to resort to picking games from a certain genre, but even then there are a myriad of different options. The point of the guide below is to give you a range of options within different genres to pick from. It’s by no means exhaustive and only includes games that can be purchased in a store and are easily giftable, but it will give you an idea of some of the better games that released this year and help remove some of the stress in buying a gaming gift. If you feel like jumping online to skip the queues, don’t just stick to the websites of brick and mortar stores you already know. Give places like Dungeon Crawl, an Australian online games retailer, a look as they tend to have some pretty good prices.
Without further ado, check out Rocket Chainsaw’s suggested Nintendo games for 2016!
