A press release from Mindscape Australia has informed us the first part of Metal Gear Solid V has received a price drop for its physical retail release on next-gen platforms, to AU $49.95 in Australia.

This drop in price for the PS4 and Xone versions of Ground Zeroes brings it in line with the PS3 and 360 versions, and reflects that the game is only a shorter prologue to the larger The Phantom Pain, still in development.
