Sony opened their E3 conference by showing the first gameplay trailer for The Last Guardian.

The video showed a boy calling to the guardian and encouraging him to travel a through a temple area. At various points during the trailer, the guardian caught the boy mid-air, and the pair also navigated collapsing pillars.

Sony confirmed the title’s development has been shifted to the PS4 and it will be released in 2016.
