Final Fantasy XV out 30 September, 2016 & More Details

After nearly 10 years of waiting, Final Fantasy XV finally has a firm release date – 30 September, 2016.

The announcement was made at the end of the Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV event in Los Angeles, where two special editions were also detailed. First is a Deluxe Edition featuring a steelbook, a copy of the Kingsglaive CGI movie and DLC ‘Royal Raiment’ outfit, Masamune weapon and Platinum Leviathan car colour.

If you want even more than that, you’ll have to head to the Square-Enix online store for the exclusive ‘Ultimate Collectors Edition’, featuring an exclusive steelbook, the Brotherhood anime series, the Kingsglaive movie, a special soundtrack, a Play Arts figurine of Noctis, as well as all Deluxe Edition DLC and in-game item packs, a ‘travel pack’, ‘camera kit’, ‘angler set’ and ‘gourmand set’. The edition goes on sale tonight, and will be limited to 30,000 units.
