Fallout 4 DLC Announced

February 21, 2016

After much mystery has shrouded the DLC plans for Fallout 4, Bethesda have lifted the veil on the first three pieces of DLC for the game. Additionally, they have also announced that the price of the season pass will increase from $49.95 AUD to $79.95 AUD in March as their DLC plans have increased in scope for the game. In similar fashion to when Techland increased the scope and price of the Dying Light season pass, you will have until March 1st to purchase the season pass at the current price.

In May we will see the release of the largest landmass Bethesda have ever created for an add-on in Far Harbor. You will take a new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency that sends you on a search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. You will travel to the island of Far Harbor, off the coast of Maine, where higher levels of radiation have created a more feral world. You will need to navigate between the growing conflict between the synths, the Children of the Atom, and the local townspeople as you try to bring peace to far Harbor. Far Harbor will also bring new faction quests, settlements, lethal creatures, and higher level weapons and armour. Far Harbor will launch at a price of $39.95 AUD.

Bethesda have also confirmed that further DLC will be announced in the coming months as well. So stay tuned to Rocket Chainsaw for further details!
