During Sony’s E3 conference, legendary game producer Hideo Kojima took the stage to thunderous applause. Kojima even joked “I’m back”, clearly pleased with the audience’s excitement.

Kojima then showed off a CG teaser trailer for Kojima Production’s latest game, Death Stranding. The trailer showed a naked man on a beach, cuddling a baby who then disappeared. As the man is confused by the baby’s disappearance we see footprints form in the sand, indicating the baby might be invisible or a figment of the man’s imagination. The teaser cuts to a wide-shot, showing black figures in the sky above, apparently observing the man.

The teaser was apparently running in real-time.
