  • NEWS: EA are sorry about their messy launch of SimCity, and they want to try and make it up to their customers by offering them a free game. They haven’t revealed exactly which game it will be, however.
  • NEWS: Could there be an impending announcement for a third Batman: Arkham game? An interesting edit to the Batman: Arkham City Facebook page has gotten people thinking. We already know that Warner Bros have the game in the works, and that it will be revealed within the next couple of months.
  • VIDEO: Sony are taking us behind the scenes of God of War: Ascension once more, with a new “Death of a Juggernaut” trailer.

  • NEWS: Patch 1.0.8 is coming to Diablo III, and game designer Travis Day has revealed a few details of what players can expect in the new version. Both Legendary and Rare item drops will have increased rarity, and the items’ stats will be affected by the level of the monster that dropped them. Players will also be able to multi-craft, compare items for sale directly against their current equipment, and more.
  • VIDEO: Gearbox Software aren’t done with Borderlands 2 yet. They’ve just released a teaser trailer for a new Vault Hunter, which also hints at something bigger to come.

  • NEWS: Liberation Maiden, Level 5’s sci-fi shooter that was originally released for the 3DS, has just been released for iOS. The new version features added challenges, as well as Game Center functionality. You can download it from the App Store for just $5.50.
  • VIDEO: As noted by IGN, it looks as though EA will be revealing the next game in the Battlefield series very soon. Invitations have been sent out for an upcoming media event, and they have a rather familiar design.
