  • NEWS: Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello has announced his resignation from the publisher. His resignation letter reads that he is ‘accountable’ for the company’s poor financial position. Chief Operating Officer Peter Moore is said to be a contender for the position. The news comes following the critically panned launch of SimCity and a possible security flaw in EA’s Origin platform.
  • NEWS: On the issue of SimCity, EA is offering the choice of a free digital download, including Battlefield 3, Dead Space 3, Mass Effect 3, Bejeweled 3, Medal of Honor Warfighter, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Plants Vs. Zombies and SimCity 4, as compensation to players for the launch sever issues. Details may be found here.
  • NEWS: Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is coming to PlayStation Vita later this year.
  • NEWS: Five Pixar artists have formed a new studio, Steel Wool Games. The company’s debut title, FlyHunter, is set for release this year.

  • NEWS: The official site for PSN, Xbox LIVE and PC title Mars: War Logs has launched.
  • NEWS: Allgamesbeta has eight new screenshots from Lightening Returns: Final Fantasy.
  • NEWS: Platformer Fez is coming to PC on May 1, Linux at a later date and perhaps even PlayStation Vita, iOS and Ouya.
  • NEWS: Persona 4 Arena has received a European release date of May 10. Hopefully Australia will follow soon.
  • NEWS: EA has teased Battlefield 4 with a rather ambiguous clip. A full trailer reveal is set for March 27.
