Capcom has announced Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice will be available to purchase on the Nintendo 3DS eShop on September 8.

In case you can’t wait that long to get your hands on the game, a demo will also be released on August 25. The demo will feature the opening moments of the game, including the first courtroom scenario and the new Divination Séance gameplay feature. The latter allows players to revisit the final moments of a victim’s life, opening up some unique challenges to overcome.

Several characters return in Spirit of Justice including Apollo Justice, Ema Skye, Trucy Wright (who is standing trial for murder) and of course, Phoenix Wright himself. This will mark the sixth main entry in the Ace Attorney franchise.
